The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Program Manager to support our potential facilities management contract in Panama City, FL.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for the overall performance of all services required by this Contract.provide management support in the areas of scheduling and workflow of Facilities support for approximately 85 buildings and 50 other smaller structuresHave the authority to act and make binding decisions for the Contractor.Meet with Government personnel designated by the PCO or the COR to discuss immediate problem areas.Be available during normal working hoursEnsure close communication and coordination with the COR, reporting problems to the COR as they occur (not waiting for a monthly meeting) Directly supervise all contract employees assigned to tasks.Use work orders to document and manage the work and to define the details of the assignment and its deliverablesDetermine, recommend, and implement a method to obtain the required Facilities Support that satisfies priorities conveyed by NSWC PCD and meets requirements and constraints of DoD and Navy instructions, policies, and procedures.Determine feasibility of requested completion times relative to other Facilities Support work. Plan, schedule, and coordinate Facilities Support to meet requested delivery dates. If requested completion dates cannot be met, coordinate with NSWC PCD Facilities Government division or branch head to confirm Government priorities and provide estimated completion dates.Analyze, schedule, and track all Facilities Support work requestsAnalyze Facilities Support job orders in sufficient detail to determine priority and manage their completion in an expeditious manner. Maintain a task log and report status to NSWC PCD Facilities Government personnel when requested. Other duties as needed.REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a contract management or program management role. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing contract management plans, contract administration, and compliance. Possesses a strong understanding of contract regulations and principles. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers to apply problem-solving skills, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks. Demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices with a focus on execution, monitoring, and control.REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
