**The Worlds Largest Search Engine is seeking a Program Manager!** Program Manager, Sustainability Partnerships & Engagement **Estimated Duration:** Until July 1st, 2025 **Work Location:** Hybrid, San Francisco, CA (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote) **Work Schedule:** Normal PST business hours, Monday – Friday **Pay Rate: $** **113.32-$** **144.32 per HR** **Project Overview:** The Global Sustainability Team (GST) drives the development and implementation of cross-functional sustainability strategy to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future. We lead initiatives that prioritize climate adaptation, clean energy adoption, greenhouse gas reductions and reporting, and scalable digital products that solve pressing environmental challenges. Our work focuses on collective action through partnerships, investing in research and knowledge creation, and advocating for systemic change that enables sustainability and environmental outcomes. Our partnership and engagement work focuses on two key areas: 1. Unlocking AI’s potential for positive climate impact with environmentally responsible solutions. 2. Advancing 1GT aspiration and scaled adoption of sustainability products. We do this by developing narrative and external position, advancing external research & partnerships, and shaping emerging policies and standards. **Overall Responsibilities:** As the Program Manager, you will work across [key stakeholders include GAPP, Climate Ops, GST, .org, ELS, Magic Eye, Creative Labs, Marketing, Communications, GDM ] and with external partner organizations to manage xfn workstreams across the portfolio. Key areas of work include: + **Manage external research and content partnerships** : Drive and oversee a portfolio of multi-year research and content collaborations with external organizations; act as the primary point of contact, ensuring partner alignment and successful project delivery. Foster cross-functional collaboration + to leverage expertise and ensure company-wide input into partnerships; develop and execute strategies to amplify the impact and reach of partnership outcomes. + **Narrative Development** : Develop and leverage external research and content to help shape our narratives across Climate & AI, as well as GT/ Sustainability Product Solutions. These narratives are critical inputs into company content like our flagship Environmental Report as well as other external content from key events to individual KOF engagements. + **External KOFs tracking and engagements** : As a fast-moving agenda with emerging opportunity, developing a comprehensive map, engagement plan, and prioritizing activation of new opportunities with key relevant stakeholders will be critical. This role will also review and track external stakeholders and processes across these agendas to identify opportunities for deepened partnership and collaboration. **Top Daily Responsibilities:** + Support internal xfn alignment to ensure delivery of our Climate & AI & Enabled Emission Reduction Engagement, Advocacy & Partnership strategy. + Project manage external Climate & AI content and research partnerships / coalition engagement. + Utilize research and partnership outputs to develop compelling narratives around Climate & AI and our GT aspiration and broader products. + Contribute to key company content like the Environmental Report and other external communications. + Develop and prioritize a comprehensive map and engagement plan for KOFs and partnerships. + Identify and pursue opportunities for deepened partnerships and collaborations. **Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:** + Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience. + Experience working at the intersection of climate change, energy & AI - science, policy, product, business, and/or other key dimensions. + Experience managing and leading content development and research. + Excellent written and communication skills. + Experience in developing and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships. + Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to align inputs and progress project deliverables. + Years of experience: 7-10 years. **Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:** + Technical experience in computer science and AI. 4o mini **Pay Details:** $113.00 to $144.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
