Position Details: Term: 1 year Location: on -site in NYCHours: Mon-Friday 8-5Hourly pay + benefits. The Program Manager is responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of all desktop hardware for approximately 10,000 desks. Accountable for project delivery within budget while adhering to project timelines. What you'll do as the Program Manager: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Scheduling and management of all onsite technicians. Maintaining project budget and tracking resource hours against budget. Delegating project tasks to team leads (Level 3 technicians). Performing quality control as work is executed maintaining the expected standards. Managing technician's escalations and communicating issues. Strong communication and organizational skills. What you'll bring to the table: Proficient in Budget analysis and understands and has used standard PMI-based financial formulas to analyze earned value. Able to put together a proforma.Experience in creation and modification of Statements of Work for existing and new client projectsDemonstrated track record for managing complex operational projects, including awareness of business activities.Demonstrated success at influencing people and initiating changes in business practiceProven experience effectively interacting with customers, including relationship building.Ability to work with customer management teams to provide status and set expectations to ensure project success and help uncover more opportunities.Experience delivering presentations to customers as well as the nfrastructure management teamNegotiation skills to achieve coordination and results.Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of managing all project phasesAbility to effectively and proactively manage changes in project scopeExperience and success in managing service level agreements with penaltiesExperience with, or managing projects with, field-based deliverables, and practical experience with concepts such as technician utilization, ticket backlog, and workload balancingAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to proactively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate riskAbility to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet and Outlook Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits package
