Essential Skills + Experience in electrical, test engineering, and aerospace (4-6 years). + Experience with ATE Testing (4-6 years). + Experience with delivery schedules (4-6 years). + Experience in hardware manufacturing (4-6 years). + Experience as a manufacturing and test engineer (4-6 years). + Experience with PCBA and Box Build (4-6 years). + Experience in preparing action plans and schedules (4-6 years). + Experience in production schedule planning (1-2 years). + Experience with test systems (4-6 years). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in electrical engineering (4-6 years). + Experience with Microsoft Schedule. + Experience in RF engineering (4-6 years). + Team Lead experience in aerospace, ATE Testing, delivery schedules, manufacturing and test engineering, and PCBA and Box Build. Work Environment The position is onsite at Kuiper in Redmond. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $86.00/hr.
