As a Program Manager on the Billing Strategy & Design team, you’ll use your extensive project management experience to manage multiple strategic projects within highly complex or enterprise-wide programs. You’ll ensure successful integration of projects in an agile manner and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets based on business needs.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Project Management experience: 7 or more years Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience Abilities: Work independently with no supervision and guidance; excellent soft-skills; communicate clearly both orally and in writing; past people-leader experience, define key performance indicators/metrics; effectively analyze and interpret data; strong business analysis skills; process improvement experience; document, prepare, and deliver data-driven & leadership-level presentations; influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus; conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans; manage complex program and project budgetsPreferred Qualifications
