Required Skills:

Must have 10+ years experience in an IT Program and Project Management

Must have strong experience dealing with executives on the business and IT side

Experience managing multiple 3rd party vendor projects is required

Must have experience managing offshore teams

Experience managing projects in an enterprise environment is required

Must have experience managing large critical IT initiatives that touch many business groups

Must have strong experience in driving project managers within a larger program

Experience managing projects within a Waterfall and Agile environment is ideal

Experience with budget and invoicing support is ideal

Experience with project planning and driving scheduling conflicts

Must have experience with risk and issue management and escalation

Must have strong experience with technical projects and conversions ideal

Must have strong attention to detail and be proficient in coordinating across many groups

Must have experience with MS Project or other project management tools

Must be skilled in communication with business stakeholders and IT teams

Must be able to update project plans as needed
