Program Manager
Job Title: Sr. Program Manager

Job Description

The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for managing both legacy and new programs, overseeing every stage from Product Development, through Engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery to customers. This role requires a strong understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures. A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is essential.

ResponsibilitiesManage programs within specific award budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place.Lead a team of Program Managers to ensure on-time contract performance with appropriate resource allocation.Ensure timely production of contractual submittals, including documents, reports, and program updates.Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, acting as the primary point of contact.Understand and apply engineering concepts and techniques in program management.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex programs with demonstrated financial skills.Excellent communication techniques.8+ years of engineering experience.Experience in fluid handling device engineering (valves, pumps, etc.) is a plus.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and valve design.Aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering experience.Experience in new product development, program management, and project management.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
