Bowhead seeks a Program Manager.
Responsibilities• Provide the management elements needed to ensure contractor performance of all requirements contained in the PICRD II PWS; to include program level oversight, reporting, briefings, and procedures.
• Responsible for assuring satisfactory technical performance, program risks, oversight of schedules, costs, administration, security, reports, reviews, and similar functions and activities associated with the PWS.
• Develop, deliver, and assist with IT system process documentation that describe in sufficient detail the steps, or order of execution, for the systems and processes utilized in support of the USSPACECOM mission.
• BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution fulfills the educational requirement for this WRC
• Meet the Core and Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Tasks (KSATs) defined in the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework for Work Role 801 (NIST: OM-PM-001).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Experience with USSPACECOM
• Experience managing, integrating, and controlling contractor and subcontractor activities
• Experience performing perform program/project management, to include providing and orchestrating resources, financial management, administering contract actions, monitoring performance, making recommendations for improvement, and by supporting meetings
• Experience developing and documenting IT system processes
• Experience with developing and tracking RMF packages, Authority to Connect (ATC) status, guest system support, collaboration efforts, site visits, incident response activities, and cybersecurity priorities
• PMP preferred
• FITSP-O or GFACT or CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP preferred
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
