MUST SIT IN CHARLOTTE, NC - Looking for Banking Program Managers with 5+ years of Experience Description The COO Horizontal Delivery Team within Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology (ERFT) consists of program managers and scrum masters knowledgeable in Enterprise banking and markets solutions and/or infrastructure solutions. We support solutions for the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Financial Officer organizations. Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group • Global Financial Control • Corporate Treasury • Financial Forecasting • Enterprise Cost Management • Investor Relations • Line of Business Finance functions The Chief Risk officer group • Compliance & Operational Risk • Enterprise Independent Testing • Enterprise Credit Risk • Market & Counterparty Credit Risk • Climate Risk • Model Risk & Global Risk Analytics Principle working relationships: The individual would be coordinating among tech execs and their delegates across ERFT, including as well as interfacing with Application Support and Engineering, enterprise program managers, and application teams. Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and highly motivated program manager who is hands-on and can lead major projects. Candidate would be comfortable working with tech execs and delegates to influence and escalate as necessary to meet target dates and mitigate risks. Key responsibilities: • Status reporting • Issue escalation • Risk mitigation • Key messaging / Communication – written and verbal • Deliverable date management • Forecasting • Financial tracking (depending on project) Required Skills and Experience We are Looking For: • Experience with MRA / regulatory programs History of solving unique challenges to managing large programs. Hand-on experience putting together trending on progress via several systems will be required. • Provide leadership in a matrix organization of skilled architects, engineers, and business partners. • Excel Formulas, Pivoting, Lookups • PowerPoint presentation skills to leaders • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with local and remote co-workers in a fast-paced environment. • Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives • Experience /education in technology (Bachelor’s Degree) and the software development lifecycle.
