Summary: The Program Manager, in coordination with the COR, shall make use of the resources and tools available to continue US Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) contracted functions to the maximum extent possible under emergency circumstances. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Shall plan and conduct regular, routine meetings with a frequency of not less than monthly with the Government to review progress and status of support activities under this contract when the contractor has personnel supporting operations. Shall provide project briefings addressing cost/price, schedule, performance, and status of each key element of this contract, noting any problems or risks and present a primary and alternative recommended courses of action (COA) to USAMMA. Ensure that the task is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices. Manage all deliverables and monitor contract and employee performance. Shall coordinate as necessary with the COR and Team Leads to ensure that the tasks are managed consistently with the overall contract requirements. Formulate and enforce performance standards, assigning work schedules, reviewing performance quality, communicating policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates. Provide integration of information management business practices and rules into the operational architecture; data dictionaries, and data standards to achieve the objective of cost reductions, performance gains and optimization of resources. Oversee the submission of required documents, including OCI Certifications, Non-Disclosure Statements, and contract management plans. Maintain quality control by ensuring all plans and reports align with contractual requirements and deadlines. Develop and deliver Monthly Status Report outlining project progress, financial updates, risks, and key performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment with contractual requirements. Ensure personnel complete all required training and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate and review trip reports, ensuring timely submission within 10 days of travel in alignment with stakeholder expectations. Establish relationships with Shared Services for all support requirements. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Manage and analyze data using to organize and present effectively. Modify, import, embed and customize data for enhanced reports. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges. Highly organized with great attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of related experience. Must be a US citizen. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in a related field. PMP or CAPM certification is a plus. Pay and Benefits The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $108,000 annually.
