We are seeking a highly motivated Network Program Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of LAN and Wireless networks across multiple campus locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure, project management methodologies, and stakeholder coordination. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
-Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of LAN and Wireless network projects across various campus sites, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Network Deployment: Oversee network infrastructure build-out, including structured cabling, switch deployments, wireless access points, and related networking equipment
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with IT teams, facilities management, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of network projects
- Vendor Management: Engage with third-party service providers for procurement, installation, and maintenance of network components
- Budget & Timeline Oversight: Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted network deployment
- Performance Testing & Handover: Ensure thorough testing of LAN/Wi-Fi networks before handing off to operational support teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure project management, preferably in large-scale or campus environments
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CWNA) preferred
- Strong understanding of LAN, WLAN, VLANs, IP addressing, and routing protocols
- Experience with enterprise-grade switching, routing, and wireless technologies (Cisco, Aruba, Arista, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
