Job Title: Program Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will co-lead the planning and expansion of our existing operational program, focusing on the conversion of streetlights from High Density Discharge (HDD) to LED. Additionally, the role involves co-leading the pilot of a Common Crew Pole Transfer program, aimed at simplifying the process of transferring assets attached to poles.

ResponsibilitiesCo-lead the planning and execution of the streetlight conversion program from HDD to LED.Co-lead the pilot of the Common Crew Pole Transfer program to streamline asset transfer processes.Work closely with internal teams (construction, engineering, permitting) and external stakeholders (municipalities, telecom partners, construction) to ensure seamless project execution.Develop and implement a change management strategy to increase the volume of projects annually.Provide high-level reporting on planning, coordination, overhaul, design, and launch activities.Report progress on a weekly basis.Essential Skills8 years of experience managing joint use projects (power distribution, telecommunication, or street lights).Previous success executing change management procedures with internal and external stakeholders.Prior experience managing contracts related to construction, engineering, and city municipalities.Additional Skills & QualificationsProgram management, utility construction, telecommunications construction.Change management, contract management, planning skills.Work Environment

Candidate can sit anywhere in Western Washington. Will be onsite periodically for meetings with internal/external stakeholders all across the Puget Sound. When not working in person, you will be allowed to work from home and update stakeholders on a weekly basis on progress. Will work closely with stakeholders across all organizations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
