Job Description:

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead a complex, fast paced, development and production program as part of a large DoD program. The Program Manager is responsible for overall program management and is accountable for program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This position requires extensive interface with customer leadership.

 

Essential Functions:

Lead a cross-functional team to drive program execution to meet the contract obligations for cost, schedule, and technical performance requirementsBe the primary customer point of contact for all program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performanceWork with the leadership team to ensure the program has the resources needed to meet contract obligationsEnsure the program executes the work scope on contract and that out of scope work is quickly identified, communicated with the customer, and eliminated or added as part of a change proposalCommunicate program status to the Customer and internal leadershipTravel as required

 

Qualifications:

8 or more years of Program Management experienceExperience managing FAR Cost Plus development programs with EVMSA strong technical background with a preference for a BS in Engineering and domain experience in space hardening and PCBA designExperience with the US DOD System Engineering Management Process for conduct of SRR, PDRF, CDR and other major program milestonesExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent team building and interpersonal skills

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must be a US person and able to obtain a SECRET clearance
