**This program requires US Citizenship.**
**Responsibilities:**
Serve as the contractor’s single Task Order (TO) manager and authorized interface with the AAS CO, AAS COR, and ARNG TPOC.
Provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership for the execution of the TO. Oversee all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, to satisfy the requirements identified in the TO.
Conduct meetings and provide deliverables in accordance with the Government-approved delivery schedule. Establish and maintain the Project Management Plan (PMP).
Schedule, coordinate, and host a Project Kick-Off Meeting.
Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Ensure compliance with ITIL-based service-level management processes.
Manage and report on service management levels throughout the period of performance.
Implement and manage the ITIL seven-step improvement process for Continual Service Improvement (CSI). Ensure minimal service disruptions and no service degradation during transition periods.
Provide regular status reports, including Weekly System Status Reports and Monthly Status Reports (MSR). Maintain effective communication with Government personnel and other contractors.
**Required Qualifications:**
Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Minimum of five years of relevant experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing a DoD program similar in scope and complexity to this TO.
ITIL Intermediate Level Certification.
Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level III certification.
Experience managing a Federal Government IT project
Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and managed services
**Position Details:**
+ Pay Rate / Range: **$50/hr- $70/hr**
