Program Manager
Job Description A large media client of Insight Globals is looking to hire a technical Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience using AI in a media/broadcasting environment. This person will be working alongside end users and a development team to create an AI roadmap, content supply chain, and stories. Along with a technical background it is crucial that this person be comfortable collaborating with a development team. This person will also be presenting the roadmap an stories to high level stakeholders within the organization. This is a 12-month contract opportunity with options for potential conversion depending on the clients budget in 2026. Upon conversion this person will be expected to go into the office. This person must be local to Denver, New York City, Miami, or Los Angeles. Pay for this position is between $53 and $63 an hour depending on skill set and location. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements Experience using AI tools for media production, localization, scanning, editing, and content extraction. Experience in media specifically using AI for contextual data analysis, extracting components, content research systems, etc. Experience working with large language models, digital asset management tools, and content management systems. Bachelors Degree in a technical field. Comfortable partnering with and presenting to engineering teams, users, and high-level stakeholders.
