PROGRAM MANAGER
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (Deputy Product Manager) in MARCORSYSCOM. Responsibilities You will provide broad program guidance and delegated project decision-making authority within the limits of project objectives and policies. You will perform all technical and management work for assigned projects. You will ensure all work is reviewed and in conformance with requirements and policies and fulfillment of customer's needs. You will serve as an authoritative adviser to diverse acquisition multi-functional teams that are responsible for highly complex projects. You will review, analyze, and evaluate project development, progress, and performance. You will manage requirements and design trade-offs and overall risk and evaluate acquisition activities associated with the assigned program. You will identify and defend resource requirements for life-cycle management of the assigned program. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating project development, progress, AND performance; providing program guidance and project decision making; AND developing program objectives AND policies.
