About the Role
Join our dynamic team at BCD Meetings & Events as a Meeting Planner! In this exciting position, you'll be the go-to person for our clients' event teams, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Your mission? To represent the client brand while collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to create unforgettable experiences.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute logistics for multiple client programs.
- Maintain planning timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
- Create and manage program budgets while ensuring compliance.
You're Good At
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and communication. If you have these skills, you might be the perfect fit!
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple resources effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Providing outstanding customer service and enhancing attendee experiences.
- Collaborating effectively within a team and leading on-site staff.
You Might Also Have

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in site selection and hotel contract negotiations.
- A creative flair for developing engaging event themes and activities.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for events and meetings.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $65,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
