You are a strategic leader proficient in the coordination of resources for programs consisting of multiple projects. You plan, manage, monitor and report on all aspects of assigned programs while serving as the subject matter expert and main point of contact. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.
WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
Develop program strategies that support business cases and high-level project plans.Mentor Project Managers and leaders to educate and assist them with implementing processes and making improvements.Deliver project scope on time and within budget by directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, supervising quality reviews and managing issue resolution.Track key project milestones to recommend adjustments to Project Managers.Communicate with stakeholders to inform them of program strategy, direction and changes and identify and prioritize opportunities.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Seven or more years of experience in project management; Experience prioritizing and organizing programs while defining KPIs and metrics.Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.Skills: Prioritization, organizational, analytical, interpretation and English communication skills.Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to work independently managing complex programs and budgets; Advanced ability to conduct risk assessments and develop a mitigation plan.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management certification.Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies.Experience as a contractor for Charter.

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
