BT Certification 

 

We are seeking a highly organized and solution-oriented Program Manager specific to BT Certification to support our clinical training team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate up, down and across departments. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing clinical credentialing processes. This role reports to the VP of Clinical Training and is responsible for overseeing incoming data related to the BT-to-RBT certification process, from the center level to the organization-wide scale. Additionally, they will collaborate with preceptors to ensure smooth progression through each phase of certification.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Track and summarize and follow-up with BCBAs on technician level BT>RBT certification data  Monitor BT > RBT certification clinical data to ensure clinician compliance with systems and accuracy in data reporting    Utilize Salesforce, Sisense, and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis. Analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making and follow up with clinicians Serve as a key liaison between training leadership and BCBAs fostering strong collaboration. Provide guidance and mentorship to administrative staff Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Handle multiple priorities with organization and strategic problem-solving. Understand and provide information on what's happening at the regional and company levels for technician-level certification  

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce and Sisense preferred. Strong background in clinical auditing and scheduling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams. High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a people-first approach. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and take initiative. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools.

On-site Competitive Perks: $50,000 - $55,000 per year + Monthly bonus designed within the first 6 months in the role based on effectiveness.    Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk, as well as assume various positions such as bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, and reaching at or above shoulder level, including overhead. Capability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain both near and far visual acuity. Must be physically present at the assigned job location as required. Proficiency in properly wearing and utilizing necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds effectively. Comfort with exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels on a frequent basis. Capacity to make independent decisions and evaluate potential consequences. Ability to perform all essential functions safely and successfully, in alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other applicable federal, state, and local standards. This includes meeting qualitative and quantitative productivity expectations. Commitment to maintaining regular, punctual attendance in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other relevant guidelines.
