Job DescriptionThe NISCCIII Program Manager (PM) provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of an integrated and responsive operations and sustainment program in support of the USSF’s OM&S of C2 capabilities at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), Peterson Space Force Base (PAFB), Colorado; Offutt AFB (OAFB), Nebraska; Vandenberg SFB (VSFB), California; and other world-wide sites.
HOW A PROGRAM SR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The PM serves as the Government’s primary POCThe PM is required to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the TO, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall TO performanceThe PM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the TO, to include both technical issues and businesses processesThe PM will be proactive in alerting the Government to potential issues and resource limitation issuesRequired Qualifications
Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Program Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification and/or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification. Proposed PM must include certification and/or certification numberActive Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI)Minimum of ten years’ experience providing DoD project management managing a cross-functional team of professionals in an enterprise environment.Desired Qualifications
Master’s degree in one of the following fields of study: Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or MathematicsExperience with overseeing and implementing large-scale DoD programs and initiativesFive or more years of program management experience in R&D or rapid acquisition development projectsFive years of experience leading a team utilizing Agile Software Development methodologiesExperience with SOFA requirements, regulations, and processesSpace experience

● Education: BS/MS Degree
● Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI)
