Program Manager
Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the development of Managed Services Products with a focus on alarming, monitoring, and device certification. This role will be embedded within a dynamic Product Development environment, working across multiple teams to drive the successful delivery of Enterprise Internet and Managed & Edge (M&E) solutions. As a key player within our Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO), youll navigate projects with a flexible approach, leveraging the right tools and methodologies for each initiative. You will collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and functionality. Key Responsibilities: -Program Management Lead initiatives focused on alarming, monitoring, and device certification for Managed Services products -Product Collaboration Partner with Product Development and Engineering teams to drive feature development and certification processes -Cross-Functional Coordination Work within a mid-sized PMO that operates in a less formalized, adaptive structure, interfacing with executives, VPs, and engineering teams -Tools & Methodologies Utilize Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Jira for process visualization, project tracking, and reporting -Agile Mindset While our approach varies by project, they lean towards Agile methodologies and close collaboration with network teams -Stakeholder Engagement Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to drive project success We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Qualifications: -10+ years of Program/Project Management experience --> Preferably in a telecom, networking, or managed services environment -Proficiency in PM tools hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Jira for tracking and reporting -Experience with Product Development working closely with product, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver new features and functionalities -Technical & Process Adaptability Ability to pivot across different PM methodologies and tools to best suit each project -Strong Communication & Leadership Skills Ability to engage stakeholders across product, engineering, and executive leadership -Telecom industry experience strongly preferred Understanding of networking, enterprise internet, or managed services will set you up for success -Familiarity with alarming & monitoring Experience working on device certifications, network monitoring, or enterprise service management Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr **Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
