**ActionLink is hiring a**Program Manager**to oversee the execution of the Power Sports program, driving strategic execution of the $20M annual Walmart revenue commitment while ensuring excellence in retail sales, at-home services, and technical support. This role leads a comprehensive team of Market Managers, Power Sports Advocates, and other field personnel to deliver exceptional customer experience across all channels. The position requires strategic vision combined with tactical oversight to achieve contractual obligations and growth targets.**

**What you will do:**
+ **Program Leadership**
+ **Drive achievement of $20M annual Walmart revenue commitment**
+ **Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives across all territories**
+ **Manage program P&L, including revenue, expenses, and profitability targets**
+ **Ensure contractual compliance across all service offerings**
+ **Team Development**
+ **Lead and mentor District Managers and their respective teams**
+ **Establish performance metrics and accountability standards**
+ **Drive training and development initiatives**
+ **Optimize territory coverage and resource allocation**
+ **Operational Excellence**
+ **Oversee execution of retail and at-home service programs**
+ **Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics across all channels**
+ **Ensure compliance with assembly, warranty, and service protocols**
+ **Maintain equipment standards and inventory management**
+ **Strategic Planning**
+ **Partner with executive leadership on program expansion**
+ **Develop and present quarterly business reviews**
+ **Manage senior-level client relationships**
+ **Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred**
+ **7+ years management experience in retail operations, sales leadership, or program management**
+ **Proven success managing P&L responsibilities exceeding $20M annually**
+ **Deep understanding of power sports industry and technical product requirements**
+ **Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities**
+ **Excellence in team development and multi-site operations management**
+ **Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% of time**
