You will be responsible for leading the planning and management of multiple connected cross functional internal and external teams to collaborate and design the optimal solutions. This role will give you a unique opportunity to support our global organization and be an influential part in our HR modernization journey. **What You Will Do:** + Oversee global HR Programs, providing leadership with an understanding of HR Processes to provide guidance for planning the work and design processes with knowledge of technology, process management principles and Lean. + Organizing and coordinating processes and procedures for all project teams to follow within the program. + Lead from a program management perspective while also contributing expertise for solutioning. + Support programs coordinating multiple teams along with relevant stakeholders, to create and implement new and revised processes, system enhancements, and workflows to ensure cross functional cohesion along with compliance with jurisdictional employment and labor laws and regulations. + Serving as a liaison and building bridges among project teams within the program. Translating corporate objectives into program objectives and practices for internal and external teams. + Mange the relationship with external partners, ensuring understanding of our values and guiding principles, contractual requirements, and scope for individual assignments. + Planning and monitoring program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved. + Managing all aspects of a program to ensure projects within the program are implemented, accepted, and accomplished within a set deadline. + Manage multiple programs simultaneously navigating competing priorities and/or resources to achieve project plan timelines. **What You Have:** + Program Management: Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives. + Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. + Alignment: Knowledge of the importance of collaboration among team members and the ability to enroll stakeholders in communicating and coordinating activities to support the organization's vision and strategies. + Cross-Team Integration: Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team. + Team Management: Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams. **Top Candidates Will Also Have** : + HR and Workday experience. + Customer relationship management experience. + Strategic thinking. **Additional Info** : + The primary location for this position is Peoria, IL.
