Program Manager
Overview A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services. Summary: The Program Manager shall be the TO manager and the contractor lead for this contract. The PM shall be responsible for planning and delivering contracted services according to the TO. This position shall be located in the Fort Knox, KY location. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Provide strategic direction and leadership for the ETIGER II program, ensuring all projects are aligned with client goals and organizational standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication regarding program status, risks, and deliverables. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success and continuity. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards and comply with contractual requirements. Prepare and present regular program reports to senior management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Ability to implement innovative approaches in fulfilling requirements to improve IT services with a potential of cutting overall cost and finding efficiencies through the use of technology. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills required, with experience briefing executive personnel. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of program management experience projects/operations/systems/applications of a nature similar in size and scope Experience managing and supervising employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope. Required to have a completed National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit (NACLC) and a SECRET clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leadership of complex tasks, including review of work products for correctness, compliance with industry ‘best practices’, DoD standards, and Army standards. Experience translating TO requirements into project plans and milestones, directing and implementing plans, and presenting formal project status/plan briefings to Government managers. Experience working in the Defense Acquisition environment. Possess a project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Government certification.
