Program Manager
Our client, a Global IT Client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be in PST and have 8+ years of Data Analysis and understand Sales Pipelines and Motion Cycles. **Job Title: Program Manager** **Location: Remote (PST Preferred)** **Pay Range: 60-65/hr** **What’s the Job?** + Purpose of the Team: Part of the Customer Experience and Program Management; Team specifically has the Customer Ownership function to advise customers to ensure that their capacity experience is top notch for a selective high value people + Enhancing the experience for the Customer facing, internal operations, and overall operations piece to focus on. As the team charter grows need someone to orchestrate internal improvements and processes and efficiencies. + 20% Meetings, 20% Emails, 60% Focused efforts/work (Heads down work) White Glove processes (gathering the data, documenting how its done now, and working with a team of vendors) **What’s Needed?** + 8-10 Years of Experience Good with Data Analysis and CRM Data and the Sales Pipeline and Motion Cycle + Cross Collaborative, Technical and Business needs translating both ways to be accommodated from a capacity perspective + Experience presenting or dealing with management.
