There are ongoing opportunities to participate in various projects for Enterprise and across hospitals. This position is specific to Hillcrest but as part of the new operating model, Accreditation is a shared service that will also provide support to other hospitals, especially those in the East Submarket. **A caregiver in this position works days, from 7:00am-4:00pm.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Develop, manage, and maintain programs designed to ensure Cleveland Clinic compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including those of: The Joint Commission (TJC), Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). + Act as the primary resource for staff to facilitate overall operations of programs. + Act as a consultant to departments/institutes for all aspects of TJC and other regulatory agencies. + Educate and disseminate accurate information to clinical and nonclinical departments pertaining to certifications and standard interpretations. + Participate in preparation and support of onsite survey activities. + Collaborate with all departments within the Quality and Patient Safety Institute to ensure safe high-quality care. + Develop and manage varied projects. + Participate in committees and meetings. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Engineering, or related field. + Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) OR Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) certifications will be required within two years of hire. + Five years of related experience with Quality Management, Risk Management/Patient Safety and Performance Improvement program or related healthcare experience. + OR Associate's degree and seven years of experience. + OR Master's degree and four years of experience. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $30.41 Maximum hourly: $46.38 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
