Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is a fully integrated medical campus that includes diagnostic centers, outpatient surgery and a 24-hour emergency department located in the state-of-the-art hospital. Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital is part of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, a nonprofit, multispecialty, academic medical center that integrates clinical and hospital care with research and education. 


The Program Manager in this role will develop and provide management of various compliance programs in collaboration with the Senior Director of Quality. 


A caregiver in this position works Days, from 7:00am—4:30pm. 


A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Ensure Cleveland Clinic compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including those of: The Joint Commission (TJC), Florida Agency of Healthcare Administration (ACHA) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). 

Act as the primary resource for staff to facilitate overall operations of programs. 

Act as a consultant to departments/institutes for all aspects of TJC and other regulatory agencies. 

Educate and disseminate accurate information to clinical and nonclinical departments pertaining to certifications and standard interpretations. 

Participate in preparation and support of onsite survey activities. 

Collaborate with all departments within the Quality and Patient Safety Institute to ensure safe high-quality care. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field.  

Five years of experience in healthcare, direct experience leading efforts to prepare for a Joint Commission survey. 

Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards. 


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Master’s degree. 

Clinical background but will consider other experience in the healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds.

Requires extended periods of standing, walking and sitting.

Normal or corrected vision and hearing.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
