The Program Manager is responsible for supporting operational teams, identifying opportunities and implementing processes to improve the member experience across the care continuum. The position will facilitate and advance innovations in growing our membership that include both local and system-wide.

Required Qualifications: 

5 years - Health care operations experience. 5 years - Customer service management experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree.  5 years - Experience in consumer marketing (customer services, healthcare, direct-to-consumer) where customer lifetime value and net promoter methodologies are utilized. 2 years - Experience in the healthcare industry.
