Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Program Manager to lead the automation solutions for a large-scale pharmaceutical program. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of program goals, including scope, schedule, and cost management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage automation resources, and serve as a key leader within the Program Management Office (PMO).

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the Automation Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring smooth execution of all automation projects.
* Develop and manage program planning documents, procedures, and guidelines.
* Oversee project scope, performance, and resource allocation to meet program milestones.
* Support and mentor project managers, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
* Communicate project progress and staffing needs to the Automation Program Leader.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and other disciplines to meet business objectives.
* Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid analysis.
* Prepare monthly reports, coordinate lessons learned, and manage project cost estimates.
* Support project scheduling, integration, and risk management.

Requirements:
* Bachelor"s in Engineering or equivalent experience.
* 10+ years of experience in Automation Project Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
* Proven track record in managing large-scale pharmaceutical automation programs.
* Experience with DeltaV controlled and batch-based capital projects (preferred).
* Proficiency in project management tools such as P6/MS Project, with a strong understanding of metrics and risk management.
* Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
* Project Management credentials (PMP) are a plus.
