Who we are

Program Management includes Program Managers and Coordinators, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of program offerings, based upon the needs of MINDBODY, a specific department or our customers. This team oversees portfolio offerings, including the development, evaluation, and execution of programs that align with company and department operational priorities and growth strategies

About the right team member

The Program Manager (PM) works closely with companywide stakeholders and leaders, overseeing the entire product/program lifecycle as an advocate for end-users and customers. The PM will oversee various program offerings, including the development, evaluation, and execution of programs that align to company growth strategies. This role will also be responsible for program processes, presentations, metrics, and report writing. This person must also be well versed in English, as this role works with our English speaking teams and clients. Additionally, this person needs to be well versed in Gainsight. 

About the roleDrive alignment across departments, groups and all efforts and activities to achieve desired program outcomesWorks with key stakeholders and leaders across the organization to identify operational priority improvements needed to achieve MINDBODY growth strategiesWorks closely with senior program managers and department leaders to champion portfolio management of specific department to drive and leverage initiatives that elevate and sustain high levels of company performanceCreate scopes of work for targeted programsDevelop and manage schedules, budgets and activitiesDevelop innovative and creative approaches to solve for identified outcomesActs as a decision maker for routing and process questions for ongoing programsElevates problematic areas or questions, working with urgency to solveLeads the planning, delivery, marketing and communication efforts of programs overseenIdentify potential risks, manage dependencies and escalate to management in a timely manner with mitigation plansParticipate in planning and road mapping activities to identify impact on other cross-functional programsPrioritize deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple conflicting prioritiesIdentify gaps in processes and recommend continuous process improvementsAll other duties as assigned

 

Skills & experienceBachelor’s degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience2-4 years’ program management experience1+ year of project and process implementation experienceProven ability to build relationships with organizational stakeholders across the companyHigh level of initiative for excellence, results and process improvementStrong interpersonal skills and successful at working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environmentAbility to make judgment calls when dealing with ambiguityIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project and SharePointPrior experience in communications management desiredPrevious experience in training others and facilitating meetings is preferredPMP, Agile, P30 or other relevant project or program management certification is highly desirableFluent in English Gainsight expertise is a MUST
