Job Summary
The Program Manager, under direction. will report to the Center to Counter Human Trafficking (CCHT) Project Director, and Co-Director, and will, plan, organize, direct and manage day-to-day activities, developing and implementing procedures for the administration of the program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plans, organizes, directs and manages day-to-day activities, developing and implementing procedures for the administration of the program.
Assists in developing strategic plans and goals to support the program.
Assists with the development and production of materials designed for the program.
Develops and conduct programs including leadership training, conferences, seminars and workshops.
Supervises program support staff and student assistants.
Assists with yearly budgetary and contract processes. Prepares vouchers, purchase orders and requisition and coordinate with accounting personnel and other support staff.
Researches, develops and writes white papers, grant applications and prepares presentations. Maintains and develops communications between partners by attending meetings and conference calls.

Additional Responsibilities
Work closely with the Postdoctoral Research Fellow and Associate Researcher, two faculty affiliates, and two graduate research assistants.
Minimum Requirements
Education – Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
Experience – Five years of related experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Education and Experience
Master’s degree from an accredited university.
Experience related to K-12 education, healthcare, legal services, or provision of services to vulnerable populations such as victims of crime.
Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
Word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
Ability to:
Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Present information clearly and concisely.
Work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written communication, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
Statistical software such as SPSS.
Qualitative data analysis (QDA) software such as NVivo.
Web design software such as Cascade CMS.
Licensing / Professional Certification – None.

This position generally does not supervise employees.
Other Requirements
Grant funded position, ends on 05/31/2025.
Work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.
Position requires on campus, face-to-face interactions.
Position requires maintaining a regular schedule of attendance on campus and in the workplace.
Salary: $43,909.08/annually
