**Job Description:**
**JOB SUMMARY**
The Program Manager – Community Engagement and Outreach will lead efforts to foster strong relationships between the organization and its community, including residents, local organizations, stakeholders, and strategic partners. This role involves creating and executing initiatives to promote the organization’s mission, enhance its visibility, and drive impactful engagement strategies. The Program Manager – Community Engagement and Outreach will work with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) entities and system leaders to facilitate and support community-related activities, initiatives, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**EDUCATION**
_For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._
**Minimum Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Community Health, Healthcare or Business Administration, or a related field.
**Preferred/Optional:** Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Community Health, Healthcare or Business Administration, or related field.
**EXPERIENCE**
**Minimum Required:** Five years of experience in community engagement, public relations, administration or other related field relative to the essential functions listed in this job description.
