This role involves creating and executing initiatives to promote the organization’s mission, enhance its visibility, and drive impactful engagement strategies. The Program Manager – Community Engagement and Outreach will work with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) entities and system leaders to facilitate and support community-related activities, initiatives, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Community Health, Healthcare or Business Administration, or a related field. **Preferred/Optional:** Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Community Health, Healthcare or Business Administration, or related field. **EXPERIENCE** **Minimum Required:** Five years of experience in community engagement, public relations, administration or other related field relative to the essential functions listed in this job description. **Preferred/Optional:** None **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
