As a Program Manager you will be supporting internal business units and clients to define scope and lead the overall development of a deliver plan by using standard project management planning fundamentals. Additionally, you will be responsible for the development of and adherence to program budgets typically between $1M - $50M, and will lead the coordination of day-to-day client and stakeholder communications. Additional responsibilities of the Program Manager include: · Develop program management plans while adhering to the overall budget · Work directly with stakeholders to ensure all needs of the project are met · Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules · Work across multiple business units including Category Management, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising, & Construction on their project management needs · Manage relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors · Possible request to coach and develop a team of direct reports through constructive real time feedback, and mid-year and year-end evaluations Some travel may be required, however, this position is a primarily office/home office based role. **Required Qualifications** • 5+ years of experience/knowledge with Program Management processes and tools • 3+ years of experience/knowledge with design and construction best practices and processes or working within corporate retail • 3+ years of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint specifically) experience · Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment · Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives · Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels · Excellent written and verbal communications skills **Preferred Qualifications** Advanced experience with Web Based applications such as: o TRIRIGA o MS Project o SAP o Ariba o PeopleSoft **Education** Bachelor Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), or Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
