Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage multiple projects within the TISTA, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with overall company goals.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, Talent, Finance, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
+ Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and risk management strategies.
+ Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior management.
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Corporate Services team.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
+ Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
+ Develop and manage operational frameworks to streamline cross-departmental collaboration and ensure efficiency in internal processes. Provide and maintain tools and services that support TISTA's operations and projects. Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflows and reporting. Develop dashboards and analytics to measure and report performance metrics at the organizational level.
+ Support various corporate departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within corporate services or a similar environment.
+ Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
+ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
+ PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
Location:
+ Remote, USA
Pay Range:
+ The pay for this position ranges from $95,500 to $110,000
+ The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
+ Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
