We strive to spread our Mamba Mentality and cultivate your professional and personal growth —join the team!  BLN24 is looking for an experienced Program Manager/Data Architect join our team.  What you bring to the Game:  Job Overview:  The Data Architect/Program Manager is a pivotal role, designated as Key Personnel, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery and performance of all contractual work under the PWS. This dual-role position entails managing various projects with a focus on software and web development, database design, and the integration of complex systems within an agile environment. The PM will serve as the single point of contact for all work-related communications with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Key Responsibilities: · Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Ensure that all project milestones and deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. · System Design and Architecture: Develop and implement large-scale distributed systems. Integrate real-time search capabilities and process workflow automation into existing systems. Design architecture that enable system interoperability and enhance enterprise cloud solutions. · Data Management: Conduct comprehensive data analysis, migration, modeling, integration, and warehousing. Ensure the cleanliness and accuracy of data, facilitating effective data mapping and system integration. · Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on IT infrastructure issues, including system architecture, integration capabilities, and database management. Lead technical support efforts and address complex business problems through innovative IT solutions. · Process Improvement: Identify and address process deficiencies. Initiate changes in policies and procedures to enhance project efficiency, optimize business processes, and drive organizational growth. Qualifications: · A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in software and web development, with significant expertise in database design and management. · Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, application and enterprise search, and decoupled application development. · Proven ability to design and manage the implementation of enterprise-scale applications and complex distributed systems.
