Program Manager - Electrification

This position is for a Program Leader to lead the cross functional program team(s) of product development, manufacturing, purchase, accounts, quality, and finance in managing program(s) currently in production with Porsche.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all program activities per VPDS & APQP, responsible to manage the projects in all the aspects of the business, technical, financial, and quality, and when applicable, to lead preparation of and representation in ISO Audits (internal & external).

The Program Leader is the one of the key interfaces between Porsche and internal stake holders, leading the program timing schedule, leading / coordinating all project Leaders tasks, whilst supporting the cross functional teams and their activities. This needs to be completed in adherence to the development budget, whilst progressing changes through the change management PIC process.

They need to lead the timely completion of Gate Reviews and associated deliverables and internal Project Board Review meetings, working closely with the functional areas to schedule activities and track their deliveries, including tracking and controlling project costs and investments such as: BOM, BWS, F&Ts & Vendor Tooling.

Further key tasks include:

Monitor and ensure business profitability together with the Account Team. Understand customer expectations and ensure these are part of the program plans. Support in the identification and resolution of project organization and/or technical product development issues. Provide support to the Account Manager in commercial negotiations, RFQ/RFI. Provide program level support to customer and suppliers. Chair Program Team and Change Control meetings. Maintain an up-to-date Program Timing plan aligned with PD, Manufacturing, Purchase & Customer milestones. Support Auto Spice Internal Audits. Maintain or Improve Customer Relationships.
