CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies. **About the role** As a CBRE Program Manager, you will manage scheduled facilities shutdowns and related process and standard operating procedures. This individual will split their time between the Collegeville, Pennsylvania & King of Prussia, Pennsylvania pharmaceutical client sites. **What you’ll do** + Plan building shutdown activities. There will be significant full building shutdowns throughout the year. Each building will need to have a power shutdown for new Electrical preventative maintenance scheduled work. + Coordination with third party planning. Strategically taking how long they need – working with the Scientists to identify dates throughout the year and planning impact. + Communicate to internal facilities operations leaders and client including advancing issues. Prepare any needs for downtimes assessing whether generators and/or temp power will be required. + Coordinate cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process. + Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get brought up and resolved so that the program gets completed on time. + Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs. + Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery. + Build and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts. + Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships. + Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams + Work within broad guidelines and policies. **What you’ll need** + Technical education and/or relevant experience preferred with 5-8 years of maintenance and/or facilities shutdown support. + Facilities Project management and strong client relationship management to problem solve and propose solutions. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
