Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead our Filter Team. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of filter technicians responsible for changing out filters across various sites. This role requires a strong background in facility maintenance, HVAC systems, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the Filter Team's daily operations, ensuring efficient and timely filter replacement across all assigned sites.Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize filter change schedules and improve overall air quality management.Oversee the maintenance and inventory of filter supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with other facility management teams to coordinate access and minimize disruptions during filter changes.Analyze and report on filter performance metrics, recommending improvements where necessary.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in air filtration and HVAC maintenance.Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet departmental goals.Respond to and resolve any escalated issues or client concerns promptly.Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance or HVAC systemsProven track record of 3+ years in a supervisory role, overseeing a maintenance teamStrong knowledge of air filtration systems and HVAC principlesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management and scheduling softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordRequired Skills:
