Are you a detail-oriented program manager who thrives on building strong customer relationships and driving operational excellence? We are seeking a driven Program Manager to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless communication with our customers and driving the successful delivery of our analytics initiatives.
As the Program Manager, you will be the central point of coordination for our team's customer engagement strategy and internal operations. You will own critical communication channels, drive customer feedback programs, and ensure the timely delivery of our roadmap commitments. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders, analyze customer insights, and drive accountability will be essential to our team's success.
A successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships. Experience with dashboard design and accessibility standards is a plus.
Key job responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Communications Management:
- Own and optimize multiple customer communication channels including newsletters, Slack channels, recurring meetings, and Wiki pages
- Design and execute annual Voice of Customer surveys, including comprehensive analysis and actionable insights generation
- Coordinate and track the team's delivery of roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and leadership commitments
Program and Operations Excellence:
- Manage internal team mechanisms including regular team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and documentation
- Drive accountability through effective tracking systems and follow-up procedures
- Champion dashboard design best practices, with particular focus on accessibility standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting mechanisms
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of commitments
- Prepare and distribute regular status updates to both internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and escalate risks proactively, developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Create and maintain documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience with a project management tool, e.g., Asana
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
