Expected Pay: $180,000 to $220,000 per year

Position Overview
The Program Manager (P-3/DHC-8) provides the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Aircraft Maintenance and Logistics Support (AM&LS) Program with oversight for the life of the contract to ensure both the CBP Maritime Patrol Aircraft Program Management Office (MPA PMO) and the Contractor can successfully prioritize, coordinate, monitor, and programmatically manage the contract as an integrated solution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Providing an operationally safe, well-maintained, airworthy, effective, and efficient fleet of aircraft following original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Department of Defense (DoD), and federal regulation requirements, as applicable, to ensure assets are available while improving cost effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness of the associated logistics and maintenance program Maintaining a level of aircraft availability in a Fully Mission Capable (FMC) configuration to support AMO mission requirements Providing timely and effective aircraft maintenance and logistics support per CBP standards to ensure operational requirements are met with airworthy, fully mission-capable aircraft Making informed, timely decisions and actions for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance Achieving program excellence by delivering on-time performance, quality deliverables, and continuous improvement through effective management Improving the integration of cost and schedule reporting consistent with good, disciplined program management Maintaining a highly skilled staff that meet all personnel training and certification requirements
