Description ob Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager with a passion for Pinterest and social media, combined with an understanding of educational content production, video production, and/or live event production workflows. As a Program Manager on a temporary assignment, you will oversee the execution and management of educational programs from planning to launch and program reporting. Your role will include coordinating and remotely directing a team of external educators, ensuring that program deliverables align with our brand and company messaging. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with program and project management workflows. This role requires handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality assets on brand, on budget, and on time. A creative mindset is essential to bring educational content to life through various social media formats. Responsibilities: ● Oversee and coordinate with external global educators, ensuring creative direction and guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and output. ● Maintain organization and oversee project workflows and processes for all program-based content, including communication with all internal and external stakeholders such as Partnerships, Scaled and Community, and Product Marketing, Legal teams. ● Collaborate closely with the Content Enablement team to respond to and deliver on program briefs. ● Evaluate the performance of the program using data and analytics to propose improvements and strategic direction. Requirements Skills & Qualifications: ● 1-3 years of prior experience as a Program Manager or similar role. ● BA Honors Degree ● Strong experience with Google workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc) ● Familiarity with developing educational content for e-learning or virtual platforms. ● Proven experience as a Program Manager with a focus on educational content, supported by a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects. ● Demonstrated success in managing remote projects and teams. ● Strong expertise and enthusiasm for platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. ● An enthusiastic attitude and a ‘can-do’ approach to tasks, proactivity, and resourcefulness in all aspects of the role. ● Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively and solve problems calmly and professionally. ● Adaptable, dynamic, quick-thinking, and flexible in approach. ● Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality output and attention to detail. ● Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
