We’re looking for a Program Manager to support our engineering team in hiring, onboarding, and various organizational initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a thriving team culture. **Key Responsibilities:** **Hiring Support:** + Track key hiring data, including headcount targets, progress, and team allocations. + Manage headcount processes, including assisting with job postings and following up on interviews. **FTE Process Support:** + Oversee headcount management and hiring status updates. + Assist in job postings and interview follow-ups to streamline the process. **TVC Process Support:** + Handle SOW renewals, and manage vendor contract extensions or terminations. + Coordinate onboarding with XWS and Engineering Managers. + Facilitate access coordination in collaboration with TPM. **Onboarding Support:** + Track start dates and build an efficient end-to-end onboarding process. + Oversee onboarding logistics, ensuring both smooth and thorough technical onboarding. **Organizational Support:** + Plan and manage team events, training sessions, and culture-building activities. + Manage event budgets and help drive initiatives to engage and build team culture. + Provide communication support through status updates, newsletters, and meeting summaries. + Support biweekly Engineering meetings, including scheduling and note-taking. **Required Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of Program Management experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Proficiency in Google Suite. + Previous experience working at Google.
