Description
Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Program Manager-II to lead the network loss charter for its Amazon Shipping team.
Key job responsibilities
1. Defining overall strategy to execution roadmap (OP plan) for policy, program, product initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy in and planning headcount requirements to drive network loss reduction
2. Devising plan for programmatic interventions like TP bagging at shipper premises, audit for invoice compliance, Shipper intercept program and working with NL, SLP, MM/LM ACES to execute them
3. Building robust programmatic interventions to detect and reduce Shipper abuse in the network by building robust KYC, analyzing data at shipper/child shipper level, building channels to get inputs from SLP, Ops, running monthly Shipper scorecard cadence with Sales and Program to eliminate bad shippers and plan program and policy level interventions to reward good shippers
4. Performing data analysis and IC benchmarking to generate actionable insights and own the design, development, and improvement of ongoing metrics, reports, standard operating procedures etc.
5. Running weekly cadences with NL and SLP to review metric, analyzing deep-dives and bridges provided and work towards driving improvement, set up quarterly workshops to review loss bucket wise performance and line up program/product launches for upcoming quarter to meet IOP
6. Developing GTM strategies for new product releases and collaborating with WW and IN product teams to ensure successful launch and adoption.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
