Syntelligent is seeking a Program Manager II for upcoming, contingent work supporting the Navy's HR Transformation in Arlington, VA or Millington, TN.

***This position is contingent upon contract award***   Duties: Design and implement business processes and controls. Develop requirements, testing protocols, and manage change. Engage in system design and integration. Conduct stakeholder engagement and strategic decision making. Solve complex problems. Lead business model and HR transformation efforts. Improve HR service delivery through management of self-service and call center implementations. Provide executive-level advisory support including programmatic evaluation, redesign of business processes, business case development, and design and implementation of governance structures. Manage HR technology solution design and implementation, including analysis of alternatives, market research, and capabilities definition. Required: Bachelor’s degree. 15 years of general experience (can be substituted for years spent earning advanced education degrees), including 2 years as a manager of a program. Experience in the design and implementation of business processes and controls, requirements development, testing, change management, system design and integration, stakeholder engagement, strategic decision making, and complex problem solving. At least 10 years of human capital experience across public and/or private sector organizations. Experience managing organizations to improve HR service delivery and implementing HR self-service and call centers to improve the customer experience. Experience providing executive-level advisory support including programmatic evaluation, redesign of business processes, business case development, and design and implementation of effective governance structures. Experience managing HR technology solution design and implementation, including providing analysis of alternatives, market research, and capabilities definition.
