Title and Summary
Program Manager IIOverviewServices within Mastercard Data & Analytics team is seeking a Program Manager to support key initiatives that drive modernization, efficiency, and collaboration. This role focuses on managing projects, processes, and communications across various programs to ensure alignment, progress, and successful delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Contribute to Key Initiative: Modernizing our data infrastructure to enable real-time insights and support advancements in data, privacy, and AI.
Program Cadence and Reporting: Implement standard program cadences, consolidate data and metrics, and facilitate cross-team conversations to address dependencies, blockers, and progress.
Communication and Tools Management: Support communication efforts such as newsletters and drive consistency across tools like Confluence and SharePoint.
The Role
Plan, execute, and deliver projects related to specific technologies, products, or programs with guidance as needed.
Track program progress, ensuring dependencies are addressed, gaps are identified, and blockers are resolved.
Collaborate with teams across functions to align priorities and optimize workflows.
Conduct retrospectives to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them effectively.
Streamline and improve existing processes to enhance team efficiency and program outcomes.
Coordinate resources, define scope, set priorities, and establish milestones in collaboration with leadership.
Monitor risks and dependencies, and ensure timely resolution to maintain program momentum.
Manage program communications, including status updates, timelines, dependencies, actions, risks, and mitigation plans.
Facilitate effective meetings to align teams and stakeholders.

Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Experience working in an agile delivery model, including sprints, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with tools such as Tableau, Domo, JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, or SharePoint is a plus but not required.
A solid understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
