Program Manager II (Behavioral Health) - Portland, OR
Adecco Healthcare is currently searching for a **Program Manager II** for a full-time role with our client in **Portland, OR** . Our client provides mental health services, addiction recovery support, primary care, wellness programs, permanent housing solutions and affordable housing to people of all ages. **Salary** - $74,082-$78,811 **Shift** - Monday-Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 and Saturday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. **Requirements** - Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science a must. A Master’s Degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university is preferred. - Demonstrated competency to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). - Must be able to conduct a Mental Status assessment and formulate a diagnosis according to the most recent DSM. - The CADC II or III credential is preferred in addition to a Master’s Degree given the high occurrence of substance use/abuse. **Job Specific Responsibilities** - Provides direct services, including social and emotional support coupled with instrumental support to clients of the ACT Team. - Assists in the teaching of daily living skills; this includes teaching necessary skills to grocery shop, maintain a clean home, utilize public transportation, maintain self-care and explore employment. - Transports and/or accompanies clients to appointments which connect to community resources and services. - Provide on call crisis intervention and back up according to team’s policy. **Secondary Responsibilities** - Complete annual employee training requirements on a timely basis as indicated in the licensing requirements for the facility as well as agency requirements. Attend seminars, training and other educational opportunities in order to develop professional skills and abilities. - Participate in all scheduled staff meetings, supervision sessions, and other departmental and agency meetings. - Adhere to mandatory abuse reporting laws and HIPAA requirements.
