Responsibilities include developing onboarding strategies, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate effective project launches, managing timelines, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** + Initiate projects around specific objectives set by project requesters and business requirements + Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to onboarding new business partners and installation work + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project launches and alignment with organizational goals + Develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion + Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues as they arise + Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track + Generate and maintain project documentation throughout the life of the project + Act as a business owner by fully owning and taking accountability for projects from initiation to completion, displaying a curiosity for detail and thorough understanding of all aspects to drive successful outcomes + Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, team members, stakeholders and sponsors + Utilize interpersonal skills to navigate complex situations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate productive discussions + Drives continuous improvements throughout the organization **Skills, Experience and Requirements** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
