Position Purpose:
The Program Manager III (Learning Programs) is a key member of the Employee Experience Hub, part of the Talent & Development Experience team. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting flagship learning programs such as Stepping Into Leadership, Core Leadership Development, and Change Management 201. The Program Manager will also assist with the coordination and production of the Company's global onboarding program, and play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for associates attending these programs. The position involves managing cross-functional work routines, project milestones, and deadlines, while identifying and mitigating risks to ensure program success.
Program & Project Management: Program Coordination: Oversee and manage the successful delivery of flagship learning programs, including Stepping Into Leadership, Core Leadership Development, and Change Management 201, ensuring each program meets objectives and provides a top-notch experience for associates. Assist with coordination and production of Company's global onboarding program, ensuring it is well-executed and engaging for all new associates. Project Oversight: Lead and participate in cross-functional work routines, documenting sprint planning, tasks, and project needs, ensuring alignment across teams. Coordinate project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely execution and delivery of all program components. Monitor team progress and effectively communicate task statuses, progress reports, and potential obstacles to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify and escalate risks and issues related to the delivery of learning programs and other associated projects. Proactively propose solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the program’s smooth execution. Process Improvement: Enhance project management methodologies, contributing to the development of templates, guides, and system improvements that improve efficiency and support scalability across the learning team. Continually refine and improve project management practices, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with Learning Delivery Managers and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of learning programs and deliverables. Collaborate with business and technology groups to ensure alignment on program objectives, timelines, and outcomes. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in program delivery, including internal teams, external vendors, and program participants. Ensure consistent and effective communication with all personnel at various levels of the organization, maintaining transparency around program status and outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of project coordination/management experience in a corporate environment, ideally within Learning and Development or a similar function. Project Management Skills: Strong understanding of project management concepts, techniques, and best practices. Proven experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies to deliver results efficiently and iteratively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, collaborating with various business, technology, and learning groups to ensure program success. Proven leadership capabilities, with experience motivating and driving teams toward achieving shared goals. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Adaptability to changing priorities, deadlines, and business requirements, with a flexible approach to managing workload and tasks. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address challenges and obstacles to program success. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. Experience in presenting information clearly, both to senior leaders and to team members, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Technological Proficiency: Passionate and quick to learn new technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and systems that support the development and delivery of learning programs. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, etc.) is a plus. Self-Starter: Highly proactive and a self-starter, with the ability to take ownership of complex projects and drive them forward with minimal oversight.
Other Requirements: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
Work Environment: The position will be based in an office setting, with the possibility of remote work depending on company policies. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings or event coordination.
Pay Details: $66.18 per hour
