The Android Intel Desk is a proactive initiative within Android designed to identify and mitigate emerging threats across the ecosystem by collaborating across Android. **Overall Responsibilities:** The Android Intel Desk provides risk analysis to support business decisions and safeguard one of most critical platforms. This role involves driving improvements in the infrastructure required to scale Intel Desk’s impact, managing day-to-day team operations, and supporting policy and enforcement challenges. The position offers opportunities to work with senior leadership and contribute to the growth of a key initiative within Android. **Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:** + Oversee team operations, including coordinating the production of Intel Desk reports for executive audiences, managing vendor relationships, and assessing risk across portfolios. + Develop and execute initiatives to identify, track, measure, and report the impact of Intel Desk efforts. + Enhance team capabilities in analysis and investigations by ensuring data accessibility, creating dashboards and queries, and providing training. **Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing cross-functional programs through their full lifecycle to achieve team objectives. + Proven ability to lead, organize, and manage program activities that drive business outcomes while developing systems for continuous improvement, including change management and performance metrics. + Strong experience in monitoring and communicating project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies, as well as preparing communications for both executive and non-executive audiences. **Preferred Skills/Qualifications:** + Experience in Security, Privacy, Trust & Safety, or Anti-Abuse roles. + Strong ability to craft messaging for both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels. + Experience in developing and reporting on program success and impact metrics. + Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and dashboard creation. + Experience coordinating activities with external vendors, including purchase order processing and deliverable tracking. + Familiarity with risk frameworks and methodologies such as MITRE ATT&CK. + Passion for anti-abuse work, an adversarial mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay ahead of emerging threats. **Pay Details:** $73.00 to $97.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
