Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Program Manager III. Responsibilities: * Drives one or more enterprise compliance projects * Performs third party risk management * Conducts due diligence on third parties (suppliers), e.g., conducting adverse media screening, reviewing potential matches, determining if they are false positives or true matches, and assessing impact of adverse information on proposed engagements with suppliers * Reviews results of due diligence * Analyzes, resolves, or escalates per guidelines * Chooses the most appropriate approach to solve problems and to escalate issues that require clarification or management input * Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed * Manages time effectively and focuses on -the critical few * Tracks and drives prioritization for incoming requirements and work requests, analyzes them and drives for clarity
